I noticed that the website said " We provide quality care to all eligible veterans and their eligible dependents in need of skilled nursing care and rehabilitative services." They also stated " We also conduct geriatric research and provide education and training for health care professionals. New York State Veterans Home at Oxford." The meta header had New York State as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Veterans, New York State Veterans Homes, and Oxford which isn't as important as New York State. The other words the site used was Montrose. St. Albans is also included but could not be seen by search crawlers.
